Username / password

    Hi! I just created my Bluehost account but it never gave me my user and password for when I log into wordpress / I’m not sure what my user and password are or how to figure out what they are

    Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org but hosted on Bluehost), you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ or reach out to your host directly.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
