I can’t use the username that I want to use. What should I do? I want to use my name as username ‘jhelaannmarie’ but it says that its already exist but I want to use this username. Please help me, as soon as possible. Thank you in advance.

Good morning,
Unfortunately, if the username you would like to use has already been swooped up by another member, you will be unable to use that username. Every username must be unique to avoid confusion, so WordPress only allows that username to be used once.
I would suggest thinking of another name, perhaps one that is similar, to use for your WordPress account. =)

Actually, that username which already exist is my old account but my problems are I forgot the email, username, password and other details. Is there any chance to reopen my old account in wordpress. Thanks in advance.

Good news! There are ways to retrieve this information. Per this help document (click here), this is what you should do:
Assisted Account Recovery
Lost access to your primary email address, or didn’t add an SMS number for recovery? No problem! If you were unable to remember your email address or username, or need further assistance, please complete our account recovery form (click here). We’ll prompt you for the following pieces of information:
Account Information: If you remember your WordPress.com username or email address, enter it. If not, check I don’t know my registered email or username, and enter your blog’s web address.
Contact Email Address: We’ll need to contact you to help you regain access to your blog. Enter your desired contact email address here. Be sure to double-check your spelling!
Proof of Account Ownership: We use a variety of information to verify your account ownership. Please provide all information that you can.
Paypal Transaction ID: If you’ve purchased an upgrade for your blog, you can use the upgrade’s Paypal Transaction ID number to regain access to your account. You can find out how to locate a Paypal Transaction ID using this guide.
Activation URL or Key: When you sign up, we email you a unique activation link or key to verify your account.
Two-factor Authentication Codes: If you have two-factor authentication enabled on your account, you can provide a current code from your authenticator app to prove ownership.
Extra Details: Please enter any other information you believe to be relevant.

Thank you so much…. But actually I already did this but nothing happens because I’m not sure of my old url or any extra details that will prove that is me… only my name “jhelaannmarie” that I remember and I had this a long time ago… Is there any possibility to retrieve my old account? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, since accounts cannot be deleted (see more information here), I don’t think you’ll be able to access that old username without providing additional information to the Happiness Engineers; I suspect it’s like URLs, and once they’ve been used once, they can never be used again. It keeps things simple and prevents issues of multiple owners claiming the same username.
