  If I delete my account for inactivity and then try to use the same e-mail, can I use the same user name as before or not?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hi, when you deactivate a username, your details are dropped out, but the username remains in a deactivated state. You would not be able to use it again.
