Username refused

I am using STRIPE Simple Pay Light.
My problem is that the payment buttons do not appear the right way, as they used to do. So they are not active…. And people cannot pay…
It is easy to communicate with STRIPE. Yet, they tell me I have to go to the service of WP that deals withe STRIPE.
OK, but when I try to log in, they refuse every single username I propose : my website name, the email attached to it; my own name, my own email…
(Besides, I notice that I have one pass word to connect with my site, another one also connecede to WP and OVH… I may have new problems with this too if I ever find my username !!!)
So discouraging when you cannot even start… -
