Username reserved, but does not exist.

  I have been searching this site for a very long time trying to figure out what is happening with my username. Tried to reset my password by sending emails but the username is not linked with any of my accounts. Then I filled out an account recovery form and it said that my username did not exist, so I went to check WordPress.org where it also does not exist. Typed it into my address bar and it says that it is reserved.. On top of that, when I went to create this account, it popped up as an available username (but of course could not be accessed). My main question is, how do I gain access of the username: eliseono ?

  The username eliseono is already taken by another WordPress.com user.
