  Hi! I just deleted an account where I tried to change the username and site, but it would not save. When I created this new site I didn’t realize I would not be able to use the username I wanted. Is there anyway to fix this?

  It sounds like you are wanting to do a couple of things:

  1. Restore the account you just closed – here’s how you can restore it: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/#account-restoration

  2. You wanted to change a site URL. You can simply create a new site with the URL that you want, or you can change a pre-existing site URL you created by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/
