Usernames Case Sensitive

  Is there any plugin to make the usernames case insensitive?

  I need it so User1 and user1 are the same user. It wouldn’t matter if someone entered USER1 uSEr1 etc etc, the login would just see user1.

  I’ve tried insensitive plugin from n0t a blog, but this isn’t compatible with WPPostRatings plugin.

  It’s a new blog, so it wouldn’t matter if it doesn’t convert existing usernames to lowercase.
