  Where can I find list of user names I’ve submitted for my private site assome seem not to be registered in the wordpress systenm though I’m sure I entered them

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is a good question and I don’t seen anywhere that that list is available. Sounds like a question for staff. http://support.wordpress.com/contact/
