  Many of my users have”waiting” in their status on my dashboard.

  Have they accepted invitations?
  Have they registered their own accounts?
  Have you approved them?

  If they have accepted invitations and they have registered their own username accounts then what are the usernames involved here? Post them please and then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for Staff help.
