  Hi – i created a new blog with a friend, we didn’t know we could have ourselves as admins so we created a username in the name of the blog but we want to delete it – we are three users now and it makes no sense. However the third user is the owner, so i would like to transfer ownership to me if possible? thanks!

  Hi there. Log in as the user that currently owns the blog and transfer ownership to your account using the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-wordpress-com-user-or-account This will completely remove the third account as a user from your blog.

  You won’t be able to delete the third account, but if you’re not going to use it again, you can effectively disable it. See timethief’s instructions in this thread on how to do that: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/delete-account-276?replies=2
