  We invited new users to be authors, they’ve accepted and yet still nothing shows up in the users list hours later. Is there anything we can do?

  We’ve tried resending the invitation, but no luck.

  Has this straightened itself out?

  And just to clarify, these users had, or did not have, WordPress.com accounts before clicking to accept?

  It still is in the “waiting approval” on our users page via the admin login.
  We have sent it a few times each and “accepted” each time to no avail.

  One of the users have a separate wordpress account and one does not.

  I feel like it might be getting confused somehow but not sure how to fix that?

  Ask your users to log into (or create and then log into) their WordPress.com accounts and then click the “accept” link again.

  Let me know if that helps.
