  When I click on Users, then view, it goes to a link on my website.

  Thanks for getting in touch.

  Taking a closer look at your site I can see that it is registered through GoDaddy and hosted by Site Ground. This means that the site is set up on a stand alone WordPress installation – it doesn’t use out managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Because of that, i don’t have any access to the site for providing any trouble shooting help.

  I do see that you’re using the Jetpack plugin. When I check your site in their debugging tools here I see there’s a few things that need attention.

  1. the plugin needs an update and to be activated again.
  1. the xml rpc error should resolve once #1 is done.

  Additionally, you can try your hosting provider if they offer WordPress support. Otherwise, visit https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
