Users Are Having Issues Logging In And Commenting

  Users keep having issues logging in to comment, WordPress puts them in moderation even though they have been long time commenters, they now are having to create new accounts in order to comment. No website updates have been made. This is a WordPress issue. WordPress also continuously logs them out after they leave a reply so that means they need to log in again in order to leave another comment. It does not matter what browser they use, the issue keeps on occurring. This issue has been reported multiple times by multiple people to WordPress and no resolution has taken place. Please fix this issue. Thanks.

  Hi there,

  How many users are encountering this issue? Also, can you ask a few questions to the users who are encountering the moderation issue?:

  – Is this an issue that is happening just on your site or when they comment on other WordPress.com sites as well?

  – Are they commenting directly from your site or from the Reader?
