Users are not completing once invited and accepted.

Yesterday I completed most of the setup on my blog and was ready to put it live. I have started inviting those who will be helping me with it as Editors, Authors and Contributors. The email was sent and they accepted, however its still showing “waiting” status on them. I have this blog public and have verified my privacy settings. I really need others to be able to assist with this blog. We are a group of over 500 people and I’ve already posted it live to our group, but seems I am stuck not being able to get users setup. Please any help would be wonderful.

Hi there. I am sorry you have not been able to get more users to join your site. I have checked your Users menu and it looks like you have invited two users so far, one as Editor and one as Author, and both invites are listed as pending (you can review this information under Users > Invite New).
In order to join your site and start posting, the concerned people need to accept the invitations (this involves creating WordPress.com accounts, if they don’t have any). It looks like it has not happened yet. Could you please try resending the invites (there is an option for that under Users > Invite New), then following up with your collaborators to make sure they go through all the necessary steps to complete registration and accept the invite?
If you get stuck at any point, I’ll be happy to look into this further :)
