Users cannot post comment, also cannot register.

  This is the first time I use wordpress and I have problem. My visitors cannot post a comment because they need to log-in. The problem is, there is no registration link. What should I do..?

  You are in the wrong forum. You need to be at http://wordpress.org and in their support forum. We are running different software and won’t be able to help you.
