Users can’t access our site

  I have set up users on my site and they cannot access it. When they log in, it basically goes to their own wordpress site area. And when they try to ‘follow’ us it says there is a problem and to try later.

  I do not see any sites under your @dlimacoxnet WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
