users don't see my pictures when looking at blog in their email

  Hello, my users frequently just read the blog in their inboxes without actually going to the wordpress site. I have noticed that sometimes the pictures on not in the email but instead it says they have to go to the website to view the pictures. There is a link to the pictures as well. Please help!

  This happens sometimes but not other times? Can you give me an example of a post where it happened and a post where it did not?
