  Is there a way to check what an administrator used for an email address for one of his blog users?

  Not quite sure what you are asking.

  If you go

  * Dashboard >> Users >> Author & Users

  then you can see the email addresses for everyone who is setup as a user to the blog.

  If you just want to find out what the email address is for someone who is commenting on the blog, you have to edit the comment.
