Users from different regions, targeting different regions

  ex) I live in Korea.
  Target Hosting) USA

  I live in another country and would like to host in the US.

  Q.1) If I create and upload data in Korea, can it be hosted in the US?
  If the HTML language is declared as English.

  Q.2) If I create English data in Korea, are high speeds guaranteed to people accessing it through search in the United States?

  Q.3) Can I install WordPress in the server location of my choice?

  Because of these problems, I am considering using Google Cloud and the WordPress subscription product.

  WordPress.com has several servers spread all over the world. If you are on the Business Plan, you are able to choose your primary data center – https://wordpress.com/support/choose-your-sites-primary-data-center/
