Users getting security issues

  Hi,

  I am still having user issues when they go to theneiya.org. Users are seeing browser security warnings on Chrome and Safari.

  Messages are:
  ‘This certificate is not valid (expired root)’
  ‘Your connection to this site is not secure’

  I need some tech help on this one.

  I can open the website URL in Chrome and Safari and it is appearing the connection is secure.

  Please ask the user to follow the below process if they are still facing the issue, I would suggest clearing browser cookies & cache, then try again, following the support document below:
