"Users" has disappeared!

  I’m trying to add a new Editor. But the “User” category does not appear at all on the bar on the left on my Home page / dashboard. All the instructions say to go to “users.” But, “users” does not exist at all so I can’t go to it. Help!
  Where can I find “users” so that I can add even one new author or editor?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  What are the username accounts involved here?
  Which one registered the blog?

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog.

  Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

  Once you are logged in under the correct username account as Admin you will go to > Dashboard > Users

  The limit is 10 invitations at any point in time. It’s a spammer prevention limit. So simply wait and then send out 10 more.
