users "liking" comments I leave on other blogs – why do I get an email?

  I have started getting email notifications whenever someone likes a comment I have left on another blog. I would like to turn this email notification off. Please let me know how. This seems to be something new in the last couple of weeks. thanks.

  I’m getting those too and I don’t want to receive them. I did not enable this feature on my own blogs. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff response so we can determine how to disable them. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  Hi @nancytex2013 and @timethief,

  You can disable comment like notifications at the top of your Notifications panel here:

  https://wordpress.com/settings/notifications/?sn=c

  Just uncheck the box next to “Comment Likes”.
