Users missing from my dashboard

  I can’t find users on my dashboard to invite a contributor.
  Can I add this somehow?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username that registered the blog.

  So if I had the blog set up by someone, I cannot add users etc. ?

  There is only one owner of any blog and it’s the person with the username account who registered the blog. Contact the person with the username account that set up ie. registered your blog. Have them make you the Admin of the blog and transfer the blog to your username account.
