Users not linked to a WordPress.com profile

  Hallo, I am adding wordpress.com users to my website with different editing privileges. However, on the users’ page of my dashboard, WP says these users I added are not linked to any wordpress.com profile. What???!!!??? They HAVE a WordPress profile!!! How can I solve this??? Thanks.

  PS: I need to add these users so to b able to add them as local translators for WPML (WPML requires that local translators have a Wrodpress account).
