Users Not Receiving Invitations

    Hello, I see several other threads that touch on this topic, but I have seen no explanation or resolution for the “failed invitations” scenario where the users are not receiving email invitations at all.

    When I go through the process of inviting a user – chloeskarma – there is no email sent to the user in their inbox/spam/anything.

    How do we resolve this rapidly?

    Please advise.
