Users > Personal Settings not an available option

  I do not have a menu item for Users > Personal Settings in my Admin page. The only options available under the Users menu are Users, Add New & Your Profile.

  I am the Administrator and only user registered on the blog. I have WordPress 3.0.5 installed and am using GoDaddy as my host. Does anybody have any idea why I cannot access the Personal Settings section?
