Users unable to login

Hello everyone
Customers are reporting that they are unable to login to their accounts on my website. It just shows “ERROR: Incorrect username or password.” I tried to reset their password in admin, deleted their account and redid it. I have even tried to update all plugins, reset cookies/cache not only in the browser but also on the server.
Any ideas here? I haven’t changed a thing. Everything was working the other day. I would truly appreciate any help!

It appears that your site is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted with GoDaddy . This particular forum focuses on helping with sites that are hosted here at WordPress.com.
For help with a self-hosted WordPress installation like yours you will want to ask your question over on the WordPress.org forums:

Since this is a recent issue, you may also look into the forums specific to any plugins you are using or your current theme to see about any recent updates to them that may be affecting your site.
