please tell me how do i let the users to upload them photos on my blog
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can’t really. What you would have to do is to set each and every user up as an author on your blog and they would all have to have a wordpress.com account.
They can post links to the images in comments though.

there is solution becauze,before to hv my on blog i used another blog and therei could upload my photo even if i was just an user,it is tru,from that blog i pres somntng like a forum…..so maybe you know somthing about :? ?

The best solution is to use an outside service such as photobucket and then get links from there. Otherwise you need to do as thesacredpath says.

That is a different company though who serve a very wide range of people and sites. For just one blog the resources available for any of us is much smaller.
