Using a Blipfoto widget
-
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how to work around using a widget from my Blipfoto journal, as WP strips out some of the code…
The code supllied by Blipfoto =
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.blipfoto.com/_js/BlipWidget.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" id="blipfoto-widget-loader-1315759543">(new BlipWidget({widget:"gallery",username:"alfthomas",rows:3,columns:3,width:200,imageMode:0,target:1,align:1,rounded:0,fgcolor:"777777",bgcolor:"595959",tcolor:"FFFFFF"}).load("blipfoto-widget-loader-1315759543"));</script>And the code stripped out =
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.blipfoto.com/_js/BlipWidget.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" id="blipfoto-widget-loader-1315759543">I fully understand that there are security reasons for what happens, but I am quite sure that Blpifoto is quite a reputable site.
I would love to include this widget in my sidebar, rather than my present text/image widget, to reflect my recent entries on Blipfoto; anyone ahve any idea how I coud work around this problem?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no workaround for using Javascript on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. There is no upgrade you can purchase that allows you to use Javascript on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You cannot use this Javascript widget on a free hosted WordPress.com blog. If there is a Flash version of the widget we may be able to provide a giyga code workaround.
