Using a Category as a landing/home page?

  As opposed to a static page, or a blog displaying all posts in all categories, I would like my landing page to be a specific category.

  Does anyone know CSS for this? Would be forever grateful…

  Hi there, there is some slight-of-hand CSS we can use to hide all but a single category on the main posts page for your site. We would need to know the name of the category you wish to show on the main page in order to work out the CSS necessary.

  Another option might be to use the display posts shortcode on a static front page to mimic the behaviour of one of the category archive pages. It might not look exactly the same (depending on your theme) but it’s worth trying out so you can make a comparison.
