Using a Contact form for commercial service.

  I am a free lance writer and am setting up a blog/website to showcase my work.

  Would it be proper to set a page or two with my fee schedule, testimonials, and service particulars?

  I would also like to use a contact form so that anyone who wish to hire me can negotiate through the blog.

  I do not anticipate actually collecting fees from paypal or a cart located on the website.

  Would this be allowed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes as you are personally providing this service there is not ToS conflict. You can post your fee schedule, testimonials, and service particulars on a static pages. > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/
