Using a custom theme for free

  Hi! Can I use in my blog (pollybuntu.wordpress.com) a custome theme for free? Or, can I create it and upload it for free?

  Here at wordpress.com you are limited to the themes under presentation > themes. You cannot upload themes.

  If you have CSS editing experience, you can buy the CSS upgrade and then style one of the themes available here, but this is not recommended unless you know CSS as there is no official support for it. There are many CSS tutorials online, and if you are thinking of going this way, then study up and do some of the tutorials before starting.
