using a hamburger menu below the header

I am using the Sydney theme where in i wanted to have the hamburger menu displayed below the header on the right hand side,currently the menu is not getting displayed -

Sydney is a theme that can be used only on wordpress.ORG sites or wordpress.COM sites with a Business plan upgrade https://wordpress.COM/pricing
If you have not registered a .wordpress.com URL and have not purchased a Business plan upgrade then that site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
