using a page as a rss feed link

  I’d like to have a page that just is an RSS feed. So, clicking the tab for that page brings readers to the RSS feed. Is this possible? Thanks.

  This is so strange. You must be the third person today asking this. For the past few days this is a big topic, for whatever reason.

  Short answer: no. Why? Because this is what the criminal blog scrapers do, and WP.com probably wants to discourage that.

  If you want more detail, you can look through the forums for the other threads.

  Why don’t you just put the RSS widget in your sidebar if all you want is for them to subscribe?

  A blog scraper is a website that steals content from other people and posts it on a blog to make money from ads, usually Adsense. They often use a robot that subscribes to feeds, usually tag feeds, and just automatically posts the content that way. It’s highly illegal and a real pain for the blog platform, and WP.com want to make WP.com very unattractive to those people.
