Using a Page title as a header only

  I have created a page called “Press” and then created to subpages for Press called “Client Press” and “Company Press”. It shows up in the menu just as I’d like except that I don’t want “Press” to be an actual page, only a header. Possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Maybe it can. But we cannot tell if we cannot see the blog in question. Link please.
