Using a purchased theme for multiple sites

We are setting up multiple autonomous blogs to represent our company in different countries. We would like them to all have their own free standing blogs but with the same theme which must be purchased. Must we sign up for a Premium plan for each blog AND purchase the theme for each blog or is there a more central way of organizing this that also has some cost efficiency?

Some bloggers create a contact form and after the people have made a PayPal donation they provide the link to a private page for downloading files. Maybe that will work for you.
