Using a subdomain for my WordPress blog.

  Hi there.
  I own a domain called http://www.inspiredidiots.com.
  We would like to create a blog for this website on WP, as it’s a better blogging platform than the site we’re currently using.
  However, we don’t want to purchase a new domain for this WP site—but instead would like to use a subdomain of that URL. Ex: blog.inspiredidiots.com.

  Please tell me how we can do this. Thank you.

  Correct account: Yes

  You can certainly use a subdomain here! You can follow the steps here on how to get that set up:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-subdomain/

  Note that you do need one of our paid plans in order to add the subdomain to your site.
