Using a template

  Hi,
  I needed to know something. I want to use a theme (http://theclothesshop.sarah-neuber.de/) but what I need to know is that is a template like this easy to implament so that I can use it?. And I cant see the admin page so would you think that the admin page would also be easy?

  In wp.COM blogs you can only use one of the themes found in Appearance>Themes.
