  Hello, I just purchased a domain from GoDaddy but I already have a WordPress account. I want to practice making web pages but do I need a Domain and a Hosting to use your free themes?

  No you won’t be required to buy a domain name or a hosting plan to use the free version of WordPress.com. However, what you can do here is limited.

  The free plans offers a free domain name and also lots of free themes that you can try out for as long as you want.

  it seems that you have actually already purchased plan Premium. Please note that you can map your custom domain to your site free of charge with your plan:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Also, remember that with your new plan you can access Live Chat directly via https://wordpress.com/help/contact. That way you can get help faster.
