Using a theme graphic in facebook (copyright)

  I’m currently using the Matala theme in my WP blog and I would like the colourful header as my Facebook background.
  Do I require permission to do so? Can I just do it without violating copyright terms of use?
  I’ve been looking for the terms and conditions for themes regarding copyright but can’t find and answer.
