using a wordpress theme from another site

I have found some wordpress themes for sale on other websites that aren’t available to buy on wordpress.com What is the situation if I want to use one of those themes as they are more appropriate for my requirements – can I import one, or what do I need to do? Or, is this not possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Themes can’t be uploaded to sites hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
