Using abbr tag

    It is my understanding that the abbr tag is allowed to be used in wordpress.com posts. However when I use it all it shows is the cursor changing to a question mark. It does not show the title attribute like it would in other websites. How do I see the abbreviation meaning that I have put into the abbr title in my post?

    Alternatively, is there a better, working way to show meanings of abbreviations in your text?

    Solved it – if you have something quoted inside your title, it doesn’t show anything.
