Using an already purchased theme

  So I purchased a theme on a third party website, and I want to use it on wordpress, can I not use this unless if I pay for a plan?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  To upload a third-party theme on WordPress.com you’ll need to upgrade to the Business or eCommerce plan. On all the other plans (including the Free plan) you can install a theme from our Theme Showcase:
