Using an ElegantTheme

  Hi – I purchased a theme from ElegantThemes.com and was trying to upload the theme using the directions on their website but am not seeing the option to install a theme. Is this because we have not installed in the WordPress software? We were looking for a blogging option that does not include the setup of a database and additional downloads. Is there another way to use their theme with our wordpress blog.

  Themes can’t be uploaded to blogs hosted on WordPress.com. They can only be uploaded to self-hosted blogs running on WordPress.org software. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
