Using an Existing Domain

I want to create a new website for a business that I inherited from a friend but I would like to use the existing web address for the new site I create on WordPress. Can I simply make the website using WordPress and somehow transfer it tot he existing domains?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Premium upgrades do not include any premium themes which are all individually priced one time upgrades.
