Using another theme after paying for WordPress.com Premium

  Want to make easy change on theme but don’t know CSS or even if it can be done. Plugins aren’t allowed, which I understand, one exists to manipulate sidebars. Since I have paid for a premium theme, can I change to another theme without paying again? Or does my $99 only cover my current theme?
