The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Welcome to WordPress.com! Like it says at the top of the forums, “Need help? Check out our Support site, then search the forums”. A link to your WordPress.com blog, starting with http:// , would also be helpful.

You create the pages you want, and select their parent in Attributes > Parent. But the header displays parent pages only, so you also need to go to Appearance > Widgets and activate the Pages widget for your sidebar.
But you should also consider a different possibility (the “normal” one for a blog): posts instead of pages, filed under proper categories (plus the Categories widget for the sidebar).
By the way, since you have no posts at the moment, your blog front gives the message “Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here”. If you stick to the idea of pages instead of posts, then you need to use one of your pages (or create a suitable new one) as your front; you set that in Settings > Reading > Front page displays > A static page.
And please paste the exact URL of your blog when asking questions here, or link your nickname to your blog (as explained in the Sticky 8 Things to Know Before Posting). Helps us help you.
