Using Audio on our Page

    hi – i am with American Songwriter – I have long audio interviews I am trying to upload and it tells me they are too long. What is the limit?

    If I put it on soundcloud and post that to our page – is the time limit the same?

    Or do you have advice on the best way to do this? We have many we went to use eventually.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with AWS.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
