Using Blog as Listserv

  I currently have a free WordPress blog and I am wondering if there is a way that I can set it up so that my users can post their own content without me having to copy and paste it from an email or at the very least have it go into a folder where I can review it and decide if I want it published on the blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
