Using blog header as Facebook business logo

Is there a way to use my header (Theme Digg 3 Column) as my Facebook logo for my business? I want to brand my blog and business the same way.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

There is no header image here http://careerplanet.wordpress.com/ Moreover, we have no control over the images that Facebook chooses to display or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
